Refund Disclaimer
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is based on how far in advance notice is given prior to the scheduled event date and case by case basis.
Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated total event cost is required to secure your event date.

The deposit is applied toward the total balance but is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, or weather-related issues.

Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
Catering Events
Refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit) are issued based on notice given before the event date:

30+ days: 100% refund

15–29 days: 50% refund

7–14 days: 25% refund
-
Less than 7 days: No refund
Final guest counts are due 7 days prior and are considered guaranteed.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Clients must provide dietary and allergy information in advance. We are not responsible for issues resulting from undisclosed allergies or cross-contamination risks.
Food & Service Issues
If you are dissatisfied with food or service:

Concerns must be reported during the event so we have the opportunity to correct the issue.

Any food delivered must be inspected at time of delivery.

Refund requests after the event are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Additional Information

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Custom orders, specialty items, rentals, and third-party services may be non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred to the new date.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at management’s discretion.
